A: It’s the contractor’s responsibility after signing the contract. The schedule
should cover all project activities along with the a provisional items in
logical sequence including start and end date
2-Q: Can you provide us with the rate / meter2 for the Skelton?
A : Our pricing policy in MIRAS NATIONAL based on providing the client with a price that reflects the actual project value after studying and reviewing all the documents such as architectural and structural drawing , B.O.Q and specifications the rate / m2 is not within our policy.

5-Q: What is the difference between the Bid Bond and the Performance Bond?
A: Bid Bond: is submitted by all bidders within the bid documents to ensure
seriousness, mostly it doesn’t exceed 5 % of the bid value.
Performance Bond: is submitted by the winner contractor after signing the
contract to ensure the best performance.
6-Q Do you prefer to assign the design and supervision to the same party or no?
A: The preference is to assign them both to the same party for the following reasons:
- To avoid scattering responsibility.
- To recover the design defects during the supervision phase and under his umbrella.
7-Q: Who is the responsible for design defects?
A: The designer is responsible for the design defects, the designer may be the owner, the contractor or the consultant.
8-Q: Can any contracting company receive project limits?
A: Yes, but the company has to be classified in Kuwait Municipality.
9-Q: Does the architectural design within your service?
A: No, We only execute projects starting from receiving the limits, executing the
civil and electromechanical works and finishes till the project completion.
